TAFE NSW - Northern Sydney Institute appearing at CeBIT
Representatives from TAFE NSW - Northern Sydney Institute will be presenting a myriad of industry solutions to the increasing skills shortage in a rapidly expanding industry at this year’s CeBit’s Skills Alley.
CeBit is Australasia's leading Information & Communications Technology (ICT) annual event, and more than 30,000 visitors are expected to attend this year. This is the first year Skills Alley will feature at the event and is the section for training providers at the expo.
Associate Director, ICT Media & Arts, Derek Pola, said Northern Sydney Institute (NSI) combines accredited TAFE NSW programs with the flexibility of customised training.
“We are able to provide a range of training options from basic induction level to management education in a company office, at a worksite, or in our facilities,” Mr Pola said.
“In addition to providing in-house training, NSI is also equipped with some of the best Information Communications Technology labs in the country (PC and MAC) with state-of-the-art-facilities.
“Northern Sydney Institute also offers outstanding Digital Media training studios and products and services in Film and Television, Graphic Design, Web, Networking, Programming and Games Design and Artistry,” he said.
North Sydney College is the first TAFE venue in New South Wales and one of a handful of nationally authorised venues to be appointed as an Apple Authorised Training Centre (AATC). NSI also provides certification training as a CISCO Academy and a Red Hat Academy.
