NSI’s mission is to meet the vocational aspirations of individuals, workforce development needs, and the capacity development of communities.

We recognise that collaboration and partnerships with business, industry and the broader community are vital to the growth and development of our business.

Our aim is to assist ‘communities’ (e.g. industry networks, regional associations, knowledge communities, and local Government) to grow social, environmental, and economic capacity. To this end, NSI’s services support regional associations, local business enterprises and community agencies through projects, networks, and relationships to grow the capability of the community.
