Pathways to university
NSI offers a range of Hospitality and Tourism TAFE NSW courses that enable you to apply for credit transfers should you decide that your future includes university study. Students who successfully complete an appropriate TAFE NSW qualification are eligible to apply for advanced standing in specific university programs (prerequisites apply).
Credit transfer is a form of recognition based on formal arrangements which have been negotiated between education and training providers. Credit transfer may be granted for individual modules, subjects and/or units of competency, or in some cases for whole courses or qualifications.
It is essential that you contact the university offering your selected course to find out current prerequisite information
TAFE NSW's articulation arrangements give you a clearer pathway to university study, and the opportunity to make significant time savings in future study programs.
