eLearning and Flexible Delivery

Ask us now

Many NSI courses use eLearning to support flexible delivery. This involves students accessing learning and assessment materials via the Internet and teachers communicating with students electronically. In some cases students may even be able to submit work for assessment or undertake tests online.

eLearning technologies include:

online Library resources

Learning Management Systems (Janison)

online web-conferencing (Adobe Breeze)

new technologies that support learning (Blogs, Wikis, Podcasting).

The advantages of eLearning are many. Students can learn at a time and pace to suit their busy lives and attend fewer face-to-face classes. Many students find eLearning more enjoyable and rewarding - and have more fun learning this way!

Ask your head teacher or course facilitator about flexible learning options when you enrol. They will advise you on appropriate options to suit your learning needs.
